About Us

In 1964, Farmers Mid-County Feed Company was founded. From the beginning, Farmers Mid-County Feed sold Purina feeds, as well as animal health products and a small line of livestock supplies.
In April of 1986, Farmers Mid-County expanded its retail farm and ranch supply business with additional retail floor space. Over the past half-century, Farmers Mid-County Feed has grown its supply chain and services from animal nutrition, custom feed rations, grinding, mixing, delivery, and grain bank storage to include tractor and implement parts, livestock equipment, general hardware and merchandise, fasteners, hydraulic hose repair, small seeds, pet supplies, and much more. Farmers Mid-County Feed has nearly anything you need to keep your modern farm and ranch running efficiently.
Still family owned and operated today, Farmers Mid-County remains a fixture in the community. Farmers Mid-County’s employees offer the best personal service to our customers in the retail agriculture supply industry in Southern Illinois.
